I have one negative feedback rating which was received during a very difficult time for me. I was in the hospital with my newborn son for 2.5 weeks without access to the Internet. The buyer had not received my item (which was shipped) and did not hear back from me regarding a refund because I was not aware of the problem due to my situation. She rated me fairly harshly and blocked me so I did not have the chance to explain myself. Despite this, I tried to make amends and sent her a letter with registered mail to try to explain, sent compensation and asked if she would be kind enough to ask Listia to remove the negative rating or change it to a neutral. She never replied. I am an honest person and would never cheat someone. Just wanted to clarify this.
