FREE: Crocheted Sock Monkey

I found some 50's-60's photos of sock monkeys and made this one.Reminds me of the ones my mother and I used to make with my fathers old socks. ( He always wondered where his socks went).

Made with worster weight yarn, non allergenic stuffing, and safety eyes. His mouth is embroidered on.
He will stand on his own at about 18" high. His arm span is about 9" across. From his front to the end of tail is about 9".

As always while making the parts, etc., they are kept in a zip-lock bag, until needed. When finished they are put back in the bag(s) and placed in a covered tote.
**Note** I have surfaced washed this type of crochet items, and air dried them.
