I have the manual but it's for the whole electric n manual pump. Basically u just place the shield on ur breast and pump, it's clear and doesn't consist of a lot of parts and it will come to u assembled. Hope this helps.

No u pump with your hand, and it is safe for the baby bcs you just express your milk with this pump and feed it to the baby with the bottle -or syringe or spoon
