The listing, LARGE CARDED-BUTTON ASSORTMENT has ended.

Up for bid is a large assortment of carded sewing buttons. Although these are new and intact on the cards, they came from my mom's sewing stash I came upon today while sorting through her things.

After a mild stroke and now developing dimentia, she's now in a retirement home and unable to sew anymore. So I have the task of sorting through her sewing items and selling what I can.

I must admit that I hastily photographed many of her items to list without cleaning and dusting them off. I was horrified of this when reviewing the pictures after downloading them. They will be cleaned up prior to shipping though. My mistake! These are nice buttons anyway.

Thanks! I did not realize til I listed and viewed pics that they were so detailed that they showed dirt real well! Mother was a good sewer and enjoyed quilting. I'm going through lots of her sewing notions, supplies and fabrics and will be listing many more items a few at a time over the next several weeks. Thank you for viewing and good luck!

It is difficult to see our Moms age, etc. My mom was my connection to life. Now I have to connect myself.

Thank you! Yes it is a nice assortment. But this doesn't even put a dent in her's and my button stash. We have TINS and TINS of loose buttons - some antique, some unique and some not.
