These are (2) different collections of "blendable stencil paint creme." One is a 'floral' collection and one is a 'tuscany' collection. Made by Delta. Don't know much about these, a friend gave them to me and I am a big art fanatic, more of a drawer though && I never got around to using these. Happy Bidding!! =]

Yes, they are unopened, unused. The exact measurement of the box is: 2" x 7 1/4"
I am unsure about whether they are poster paint----but I can tell you a little more about them. They are made by Delta Crafts They are "Blendable Stencil Paint Creme" and they are and "Creamy oil-based formula." From what I am gathering you can use these with stencils. I don't know much about them because I myself did not buy them--they were passed down to me because I thought I would use them to paint, but I don't even have a paintbrush, etc and never got around to the project! =]
