This is brand new without tags. Women's a size large made by Candies. Black tanktini top ties around the neck halter style & has a dangling crystal in the center and a silver embroidered butterfly surrounded by crystals on the bottom side. Has a scoop back and also ties under the bust in the back. Very supportive and flattering super easy to pair with plain black bottoms..

It fit me pretty well when I tried it on. I am a size 10 and a C cup. If I remember correctly I bought this at Kohl's but I honestly don't remember if it was the womens or junior section. I will say that it is longer than most tanktini tops

So measuring from UNDER the bust it measures 13.5 in long, and at its widest point (along the bottom) it measures 19in wide. Hope that helps!
