The listing, Purple Heart plant cuttings has ended.

Winner will receive three generous cuttings from my personal Purple Heart plants. These are very hardy and are members of the succulent family. You cannot kill these!! I have gone long periods of time without watering and they still thrive. I also have broken off a few of the ends and they have just laid on the ground and never died. When you receive the cuttings just pinch off the end and stick them in moist soil and they will root strong roots. After they grow a bit snip off some more and root those and before you know it you will have a pot full! I love these. They add great color to your flower beds/plant pots.

Questions & Comments

Is this for indoor or outdoor? I'm in the NW and it does gets cold here in winter.

Do you get a lot of snow and freezing weather? If so I would suggest, if you plant them in a flower bed, to dig them up and bring them indoors. If you plant in pots then place them somewhere that frost won't get on them. They are extremely heat tolerant and require almost no maintenance, just water here and there, but I always bring mine indoors during the winter months.
