It says large, but that is my size, too and it is too tight for my comfort. The waist part is stretchy because of the way it is made with the gathers. I hate to tell you it will fit for sure. It may work better for someone who wears a small or medium.

Yes I would think a 34 - 36 bust could wear this. I am a 38 and it is just a little too snug for me.

Yes, the straps are adjustable, so I would think it would be a good fit for S to M sized people.
