The controller itself is real. but as the poster stated numerous times it is a generic brand. I have a few of these myself they work just as the real ps3 controllers.

you should get verified, that way people wont think it's a scam, and that way you will get more bids. I just got one off here off of someone that wasn't verified, and what do you know, it was a big scam.5000+ points and no controller. my son was very unhappy. he needs another one, one of his is breaking. not trying to be rude, just a little bit of advice. good luck.
