To plant wisteria from seed,
soak them in warm water for 24 hours.
This will help them to germinate.
After the soak, plant them about 1/4 inch deep in pots filled with moist potting mix. Cover pots with plastic wrap, place in direct light in a warm room.
Keep the potting mix moist but not wet.
Remove the plastic wrap when seedlings appear.
Keep in mind that plants grown from seed may take several years to mature, and will not flower beforehand. depending on what the parent plant was, the seeds may not produce plants that look like the parent.
