I believe the black dangles are a hard acrylic and the silvery dangles appear to be clear glass on one side and silver on the other! That really makes them sparkle! The chain portion is woven with black cord running thru it. It measures approx. 13" from end to end not counting the clasp and the approx. 5" extender chain. I hope that helps! ;)
