The listing, BANK - BEAUTIFUL CERAMIC **GIRAFFE COIN BANK** DECORATED AND TRIMMED WITH GOLD has ended.

I have had this beautiful bank for at least 10 years..its never been used..its been in storage in its box, but the box had to be tossed out..

The only marking this has on it is a gold sticker on the bottom side that says MADE IN CHINA..

This is 8" tall x 8" long x 3 1/2" wide in the rear.

Its hand painted, fully decorated ,trimmed out in gold, and all designs have been etched out..It's high gloss..

It has its original stopper but needs 4 round felt disc's for the feet which I will try to put on before auctions end..

No cracks or crazing its beautiful..

I have listed this in home decor because its to nice to be listed in toys..and I'm sure it's a collectable piece..

I have been trying to find information online about this piece but havent found another one like this so I'm at the end of the line there..

If anybody knows anything about it please feel free to let me know :))

I found one just like this one on eBay. It was in mint condition like this one. It was an estate sale thats all it said. Selling for start bid of $15 with free shipping. Its worth more I guarantee! If you have the original box will worth more. A rare beautiful bank.Good Luck! I'm selling a collection moon bank now. Mine is worth over $30. Check mine out :-)

Yes i saw that one on page 54 under animal banks they also said it was missing the stopper (plug) and I'm sure it is worth more.. when i got it about 10 years ago i paid alot more than hes asking for his lol but unfortunately the box had to be tossed out it got ruined sitting in storage but the bank is in mint cond...and thank you very much ..I'll check yours out for sure :))

Many years ago (approx. 20!) I had a horse bank that this sweet little giraffe bank reminds me of so much! I'm thinking perhaps the same company made it or decorated it...just a thought. F&W
