Yes, I can do basically any color combo. GA tech colors are more like a yellow and navy right?

Typically I make them with elasitc (but the bow on the front is ribbon added on) If winner prefers ribbon, I can make the waist ribbon instead.

I have a 12-24 month size. Waist is approx 16-18 inches around and stretchy elastic.
