Are you using real butter? I know some try to use margarine, but there's too much water in it, and that can cause problems. But that's not my secret tip. ; P

You're welcome. Chilling the dough in the fridge for a few minutes after you've scooped it onto the cookie sheet may help with the pancaking thing. Sometimes it's the weather, I'm convinced, lol. Good luck!
