A late draft pick in 2002 by the New Orleans Saints, O'Sullivan spent his first 2 seasons as a backup with the Saints before becoming one of the best-travelled QBs in professional sports history. Between 2004 and 2012, O'Sullivan played with no less than 12 pro teams, including 10 NFL teams, 1 CFL team, and 2 stints with the European World League of American Football Frankfurt Galaxy. In 2007, he was co-MVP of the European league, a year later, in 2008, he started 8 games for the San Francisco 49ers, putting up over 1800 yards of offense.
