This pattern has been removed from my Listia inventory. I'm not closing these auctions because I don't think its fair, or good business practice, to close an auction with bids on them. Thank you for your advice.

Dear Fans: I apologize in advance. This pattern may be deleted at any time. Reason is that I've developed a stalker. She made it her business to clear about 20 of my patterns off of Listia. Some I deleted but most were deleted by Listia. I come by all of my pictures honestly. I get them from sites which say their images are free public domain images. <sigh> anyway, because of this Listian, I've removed any images which might fall under the catagory of copyrighted or trademarked.

WARNING: If you are a seller of cross-stitch patterns, remove your items with the following: Sesame Street characters, Hello Kitty, Snoopy, My Little Pony, etc. Also, pictures of anyone living or dead who is famous or well known in any way, pictures of great artists & their work... pretty much, if you didn't take the photo or draw it yourself, then don't list it unless you are 100% sure that there is no copyright or trademark. Just warning everyone because you may be her next victim. We use these images in good faith. Oh, I was advised that I should check out every image. I really don't have the time for something like that and I'm guessing few others of you do either. I have made the decision NOT to remove a few items she has flagged. I feel it is unfair & poor business practice to delete patterns which have bids on them. This may get me banned from Listia. If so, I will greatly miss it. I've made some pretty good friends thru Listia. If this happens, I will miss you all very much. As for cross-stitch patterns, I haven't decided if I will list more. I do have a few which are photos which I do have the right to offer since they are my property. I've either photographed it or designed it. And some are from my granddaughter.

After my current auctions are finalized, I'm taking a break from Listia. Farewell for now. I might return or I might not.
