what scale is it HO N or?

The brand is Lemex, I have no clue on the scale, the box says 2003. It plugs into the wall (with the plug pictured) and it has the controls on one piece of the track (also pictured). The lights and sound go when the train is on the metal part of the track and the body of the train isn't plastic or metal, I don't think, not 100% but it feels like some kind of porcelain ?
