What are the real gemstones? Where did you get this necklace? If an expert jewelry appraiser wrote on letterhead they are glass will you refund the credits once you have the necklace back? Thanks.

You are describing this pendant and earrings as 'gemstones'. It is not ethical to say something is gemstones when you don't know if it's true and according to your response, you don't know whether these pieces have any gemstone in them! Gemstone jewelry is considered fine jewelry and fake is called fashion jewelry. It is up to each of us to keep Listia safe for all of us. I'm going to try to flag this auction. I'm not a jeweler or an authority like you, nor am i trying to mislead anyone. This is what I was told by the company I purchased them from. I would be happy to refund the credits if the person who won the bid was unhappy with the set.

so it could be any rock so long as its been made pretty, i personally like it its a pretty shade of blue regardless if it is "gemstone" or not :) hope the winner loves it :) fanned ;)

Great auction, and this seller has been so honest, not one word to deceive or try to act like the item is vintage or antique, gold marked or silver! Look, I went to the new dollarama in our local city and nearly cried, when I saw beautiful encased jewelry, having been sold for thousands of credits here on Listia and each piece only cost $2.99 tops. I had to ask several times are you sure, because I know this is being so on ebay and other auctions. Thanks to Listia I worked with the Postal inspector and Listia refund me tons of credits. So get off this seller's back and go fishing for the real scammers. Check the recent white gold bracelet, from OH, priority sent to me over 3 wks ago, now they live in Brazil and will ship it. The sterling silver genuine turquoise large stone, antique over 4 wks with Confirmation never came, oh and both blocked me after they got my credits. Even Listia has alerted me to not send gift card to scammers who won on 200,000 credits but never sold anything but coke caps, never bought credits so how did they get that many credits. But God let me get my credits and I had swiftly emailed the amazon code. And Listia said they hacked into their software/database so we all must support each other here. Report suspicious scammers. But this seller has said nothing to mislead any one I see, but I did have eye surgery this week. LOL I love, Listia!!!! but have decided to only buy from 5-7 seller!
