This is a beer pump with tap. It has an electric cord for the swan label to light up, however the cord had been cut and it has a cord like from an extension cord connected to it with black electric tape. I plugged it in but it didn't come on. I recall it worked at one time, but it's been in storage for several years. The pump beer tap was never hooked up as this was mainly for show, so I have no idea if that works. This would be great for the home bar or man cave just for the look of it.
