Top of dress is white, bottom is navy blue.
Has a flower border along the empire waist and bottom of dress.
Has white tie back to make a bow.
Zipper is covered for a seamless look in the back.
Inner lining has tulle on bottom to help the skirt puff slightly.
100% polyester.
