Description

The listing, Daisy Fleabane seads (100+) has ended.

Eastern Daisy Fleabane (Erigeron anuus) is generally 2 to 3 feet tall, branching with many white-rayed, yellow-centered blossoms. It blooms from mid- to late spring on through most of the summer months. A member of the Aster family, it is a wildflower native to America.

The word bane is an archaic word meaning poison. Thus fleabanes supposedly kill or repel fleas; however, here is no evidence however that dried fleabane bothers fleas in the least.

Seeds have been wild-collected from my own plants and you will be receiving lots of seeds.

I will ONLY ship to verified addresses so please get that done before you bid. Any ended auction without a verified address after 7 days will be relisted and you forfeit the credits.

Are these easy to take care of? Need full sun?

Preference is full - partial sun, and well drained, moderately moist conditions. It isn't fussy about soil characteristics, and tolerates clay or gravel. It's easy to grow, but can spread aggressively by re-seeding itself in disturbed areas. Sometimes the lower leaves will turn yellow and wither away during hot dry weather.

They are very pretty planted in a clump or broadcast over a field. I am trying to designate a large area of wildflowers in a field.
