It is brand new in the box and only opened to show you what it all contains. Everything is there in the box EXCEPT the HD TV out cable. It was missing when I bought this.
In the box is the Radeon X700 Pro graphics card, the Set up CD, the composite and S-video cables, dvi to vga adapter, and manuals.
This Graphic card meets all the demands of todays fast and furious games, 3 D gaming, watching and streaming videos, internet browsing, viewing and processing digital photos , and more.
The requirements for this to work on your system are
