Tan/brown&light blue medium mossimo dress. The top feels like it is for fuller women. It has a cinched waist in one side if the dress, v-neck & dropped angled waist. Also leopard print.

I don't know how to do measurements but laying flat. the waist is about 15 in. under chest is 17 and armpit area is 19. does that help?

yes it is stretchy. I think the dress was meant for bigger breasted women. it
