you need to go read your message from me. i will not, as of now, air your business but you to read your message because i needed to tell you something. i will be sending my messages to you through on of your ongoing auctions because i don't want to take a chance of accidently canceling the dispute. amanda

i will respect you enough to stay off your auctions after this comment. i have not said anything bad in th comment i left above i just simply said that you needed to read a message from me and that i would not air your business. in my comments for a refund i wanted to know why you said you bought the camera new and just decided to keep your old one and the other one was unused. when in fact what you obviously did was buy it for the battery and auctioned off what was left. and you told listia in your reply to my dispute that you were questioning if i bought the right battery because you bought 2 that ended up being the wriong one. well if you bought it new and i came with one why would you have to buy 2 more for it. there are holes in your story. okay and if you did check it out before you listed it and it supposedly work, and you think that i just have the wrong battery then tell me what size battery you used. lithium ion rechargeable batteries have numbers on them. then tell me what number your was that powered it up. because if i used the wrong one best buy and wal mart, the place that you said in auction sold the battery, are both telling me wrong.

and yes i commented through your other auctions not to make you look bad but to be able to get in touch with you with out sending you a message through the listia because when i sent you a message friday to let you know i had got the camera it canceled the dispute my itself and i don't want to chance that happening again. i had to request a refund once because the camera took so long to get here and you were not responding to my messages that i sent you then it canceled that one out when i sent you a message to let you know that i had got the camera. i was okay with that because i was trying to give you the benefit of the doubt. but then when i got the battery and memory card and it still didn't work i requested another refund. i don't want this one to be canceled out over a simple mistake. because i don't know if listia will let me request another one.
oh and one more thing i didn't tell listia you lied about it not having a battery or memory card. you did say that. and if you would read your feedback i gave friday i stated that i knew when i bid that there wasn't either one with it. i told listia you lied about the camera working and i thought you lied about i being new. who buys a new camera, just decides to keep their old one and doesn't take the new one back for a refund?

and dog gone right i want my credits back. i paid over 3000, and yes others that is thousands, credits for a camera that said work and once i realized it did not, yes i want my credits back. i don't think i was being rude with you. i was just simply saying i would give you a chance to straighten this out but warned you not to screw me again.
i am more then a fair person. and i am far more then understand there are several people who i have dealt with both buying and selling to and they both can testify to that. i do my best to make my mistakes right even at my own expense and i also do my best to understand if there has been one made one the other persons part. but what i do not try to understand and will not stand for is someone flat out lying to me and in my opinion trying to cheat my out of 3000 credits that i worked hard and paid good money to build buy paying and listing auctions. i have never bought the first credit straight out. all my credits have been won through my listed auctions. so yes i refuse to just sit by and let you steal them from me. and the only reason i gave you a time limit to get a good camera to me, as you advertised, was because i don't plain to cancel this dispute until you have sent me a camera that is as you described in your auction and i was trying to protect you and me both on that one. because say you were to go today and get a camera to make this right and you sent it out. and say it didn't come until next wednesday. well, by then it would be too late for me to go in and cancel out the dispute.

imagine that even with the way you done me, i am still trying to do the honorable thing toward you. what a concept. and yes that is WHAT KIND OF PERSON I AM. honerable and honest. and yes i would do the right thing and send you the camera back. but what i would really like is to have the camera you auctioned off, which is a working camera, and that is not what i have, that is not what you sent me.
and NO i never threatened to bad mouth you. all i said i was going to do is to let others know what has happened to me. you can defend yourself all you want to them. that i s your god giving and amendment right, and to update others on my feedback and how i felt things happened is also not only my god given, and amendment right, i also feel is my duty and responsibility to the other listia users.
i have met some really nice people on here that can not afford to just throw away their credit on something that may or may not be represented accurately.
i have met single mothers, single fathers, single uncles ( you know who you are.) i have met hard working mom and dad, singles, and i have met the disabled or retired. and i can honestly say that all of the people, honest or not, that i have met on here deserve to know that i got something from you that was not as you represented and that did not work. these people deserve that much from me and to be honest from everyone else on here as well.
if you do not want not just me but others to do things like this then it's simple, be honest in your auctions and delivery the product you represented in said auction.

and no i will not bad mouth you. i don't spread gossip, tell lies, or spread rumors. what i do is speak the truth and seek justice when wronged. and look out for those that i think may need my help. there are more then a handful of people that i've dealt with buying and selling that will stand behind the kind of person i am. and i quote part of one feed back i was left, "and aemadison is one of the great" ( i auctioned off a aretha franklin cd, the buyer never got, it i knew this because i stayed in constant communications with him through out the ordeal, asking had he got it and what he thought, and making him a copy from my ripped songs, even taking the liberty to write the song titles down for him, then sending to him again at my expense.) or when someone tells me that i have restored her faith in mankind by me doing the right and honoralbe thing. i do this because that is what i feel buyers deserve and how i will treat them... with respect. if you don't like or have a problem with the kind of person i am. well then that just simply says a lot for the kind of person you are.
i have nothing more to say to you. i want a camera like you described in your auction or i want my credits back plain and simple.

I sent you EXACTLY what was described in the auction, I powered it on with a usb cord i had at my mothers house... I got it brand new from Wal-Mart... Yes they come with a battery... Yes I bought two new batteries for it (wrong size) There are no holes in my story... It is brand new, no battery and no cords or card were listed for it because I dont have them anymore!! I specifically stated they were not there... I will not replace something I know for a fact was working when it left my hands! Also you accidentally cancelled the dispute? You told that you did it when you recieved the camera... Just let me be... I have not done anything wrong... I have earned all of my credits as well and would not do something as syupid as you are describing and risk ruining my name and feedback standings... Please excuse all of this rubbish to my bidders... Refer to my feedback and my badges for your proof that I am an honest seller and buyer! Thank you

Your peice is super cute.. I am sorry you are having to deal with harrassment on your auctions instead of being handled through private messages. This really isn't place for it, whether you were in the wrong or not. I am keeping an eye on this one.
