Adirondack Blue is a hybrid potato variety with blue flesh and skin with a slight purple tint, released by Cornell University potato breeders Robert Plaisted,Ken Paddock and Walter De Jong in 2003. These were purchased at a local organic farmers market. Too old to be eaten but great for starting plants. Here's your chance to give them a try for free!!
Questions & Comments
For the love I didn't know you were a Gardner?? Great to see you bidding!!
Yes there are pretty neat but I must admit they don't taste very good baked I think the best way to make them is a potato chip. I have never made them that way but purchased some already made ones I liked.
