I would say yes it does it stretches though so would fit someone who is a small xl if you know what I mean

Love this....but I'm concerned about it being slightly see-through. I see the pic with it hanging in the window and I can see-through it. Is that only in the back...as some styles wll be thinner in the back than the front. Just wondering cause I do like it. Also, what is the material??

I don't know about the see through part never really noticed when I wore it. And material is 70% polyester 27% ray on 3% spandex
