I think this is literally the first auction that has ever brought tears to my eyes! This is amazing Kat! THIS is how you Pay It Forward!! I lost my mom 3 years ago to Breast Cancer, it's been a rough and rocky road without her, for sure. I just found out today that my Aunt Charlene has Ovarian Cancer. (She needs prayers badly) All the items in your auction are just a bonus, the meaning behind it is so much more! I will be watching this for sure! And of course i'm already a huge fan! Whew! I have at shirt that says " yes there fake, the real ones tried to kill me". I love that shirt. It was given to me when I was fighting a battle. At 32 I had a complete hysterectomy due to endometriosis. I was put on a hormone pill and about 2 years later I found a lump while doing an exam. They told me it was hormone receptor positive. I was lucky though, or have been so far. I stopped taking hormones and went through chemo and have been ok. They talked to me about a mastectomy and I almost did it. I just wanted to kick cancers butt!! Together we can all take pride in knowing that one day they will find a cure. We cannot just sit back and be quite. To those who have died because of cancer, we love you and know you are in a wonderful place, pain free with a perfect body. To those fighting the disease, you are loved, thought of, prayed for, and encouraged to fight and you are not in this fight alone. To those who do not have cancer PLEASE check yourself monthly. You can prevent the spread of this horrible disease. I know that this auction will do well. Thank you Kate for sharing this with us and allowing us to be a part of it.... Ok.. I am done ranting..lol

A friend of mine had a friend who died of cancer her name was Bree Holt she was so young when she died she had a full life ahead. She had a surgery to get the cancerous tumor off her spinal cord, she couldn't walk but she worked hard and she could actually walk a little sometimes with a walker sometimes she was in a wheelchair.......I'm glad to see someone cares about those people because the world is so cruel. Thank you for listing this auction and if you would pray for the family and friends of Bree Holt, I met her once and I liked her and wanted to be her friend but unfortunately I never got to know her and that is my loss. Already an adoring fan. Love your idea for this fabulous auction. Everyone needs to learn about early detection. We lost my dad's wife (my step mom of 26 yrs RIP Valerie) two years ago. I make pink paracord bracelets with the pink ribbon bead to donate to a cancer hospital. They distribute them. Just like women make heart pillows for open heart surgery patients. This auction gets more amazing everyday! Thank you for bringing this to everyone's attention. I am a former (injured) Ultrasound tech- and I can say- Cancer looks as ugly as it sounds. When I put my probe down, and see an ugly mass, my heart drops. I know the test I did, the results the patient will hear, will change their life. It is very sobering.
Assisting in biopsies is always a helpless feeling. All I can do is hold their hand- and I am amazed at the strength these women (and the few men) they have.

Bless your heart because I can't tell you how many times I have met "cool" and even "unkind" medical personnel, thank God for people like you that are so caring and that field needs a ton more just like you!

WOW is all I can say. You have been inspired and now you have inspired,... I am a survivor and my9 yr old daughter and I make and donate "feel better bags" to current cancer patience going thru treatment. When I was going thru my treatments I always enjoyed and even looked forward to seeing what hats, scarves and bandanas they would have for me to pick out a new one. Also when I was finally done with my radiation treatments the staff have me the blanket I always wrapped up in before treatment. I was so moved by that I anted to pay it forward by donating my "fbb" to current patients. I either make purchase (when my disability income will allow) or have gotten donations from others wanting to help.
I think. It's time for a new batch of bags to go out. Thank you for re-inspiring me to make more bags. Good luck with your auction ands healthy life to you and your family.

This is an absolutely amazing auction and an even more fabulous seller!! Kat is the absolute sweetest and most generous (helpful) Listian by far. My mom had breast cancer so I understand exactly what it's like to be in that type of situation and how scary it really is. Luckily my mom's what caught at a very early stage and she is now in remission but she still had to endure three diff types of chemo one of which made her lose all of her hair, "the red devil" is it's nickname. I will never forget the morning I had to help her cut off all of her remaining clumps of hair as most of it had fallen out in the shower that morning. She was so strong and brave the entire time. I'm getting emotional so I will end with saying thank you miss Kat for this wonderful auction and for being the amazingly generous woman that you are. I know this will do well! Xoxo

My mother has fought breast, bladder, skin cancer has fibro, chrones, lipous, kidney disease and has 10 different types but made her a stronger person today she is now a new inspirational writer hopes to inspire people all over the world. The book is called Butterflies and Angels very inspiring and encouraging if anyone would like to order a book its 11.45 includes shipping great for churches, support groups , cancer groups,etc. It makes my mom feel so good inspiring people. I was thinking how devastating it was to lose my hair a year ago and it inspired me to post some of the beautiful head covers I wore to get me through that "ugly" stage if any one is in need of a pick me up!
