HUGE lot of precancel stamps of over that 115, from 1920's!
You'll see a couple with SRC which stands for Sears Roebuck Company
(on 1940s blue Franklin Pierce stamp and 13c green Filmore and more) with month and year wow!

There are a few 'box' cancels, you'll notice that the lettering is much larger on those stamps.
(box cancel typically used on parcels and not to be confused with a precancel.)

There are a couple from Canada
Inverted 7 cent McKinley, 1927
1922 grey 15 cent Liberty
A few old postage due from 1930's
You'll see some of the same stamp, however,
the precancel with the city and state are all different
1925 blue 5 cent Roosevelt
13 cent Kennedy

Precancels:
The city/state name on the precancel would be the only location where mail with those stamps affixed would be accepted. Tthe concept of precancels was to aid in the processing of large mailings without having to cancel each stamp separately, so the usage was likely part of a mass mailing from a business entity.
