The listing, An Amethyst You'll Love has ended.

This is a silver ring that I tried to get a picture of since this ring is a little wider. It is an Amethyst ring with a larger stone in the middle. The sides have smaller ones on the sides also. This is one I've had for a while trying to make up my mind wheither or not if I wanted to sell it or keep it. I decided I had enough. It is so pretty when you put it on you'll be proud to wear it anywhere . This is a size 9.

It is real but it depends on if you need it sized up or down. That is a question you'd have to ask a jeweler.
