FREE: Army Pins? Set of 2

These pins were found in my grandma's old button tin. They look like they go on a uniform. Maybe army. They have a tack and a thing you squeeze the prongs together, for a closure. Hope I explained that ok. That sounds weird. Anyway...if you have any questions I will try to answer them or maybe you can tell me more about these pins. That would be good too.
