The Original Tyco Tickle Me Elmo. No rips, no dirt, it works, I have a video as proof!!!!

This is no longer available in stores. New versions come out every year but this one is no longer available.
Tyco sold out in Christmas 1996 to Mattel This Elmo was produced by Tyco Toys in 1995- for 1996 Christmas

This particular "Tickle Me Elmo" was the number one toy in 1996
and to this day it still has a stronghold as one of the number one toys besides Cabbage Patch Kids to ever hit the markets!
This does not come with the original box AS IS!

No it is not. This is the first one ever issued the one your talking about came after mattel bought out Tyca Toys.

This one laugh's and giggles but does not roll around the floor thank goodness this toy is in almost A1 condition with very little wear. I think who ever had it did not let the child pay with it. SAD!
