Description

The listing, "RUBUS CALYCINOIDES" GROUND COVER~UNUSUAL~L@@K!!! has ended.

Here today, we have "2" nice starts of this ground cover. This is the most unusual and DIFFERENT ground cover I think I have ever seen!! It is a perennial, and in the summer, it grows into a mat of evergreen crinkled, raspberry-like foliage. In the winter---this nice ground cover turns bright RED!! This is a GREAT ground cover for those more shady spots in the yard or next to the house. It can take part sun in most areas. OR, this would make a great plant for pots on the porch in that more shady spot. REMEMBER---it is PERENNIAL, and will come back year after year!! This auction is for two UNROOTED starts---it spreads quickly!!

I offer FREE SHIPPING to save you $$$!!

Good Luck and HAPPY GARDENING!!

Hi, the growing zone is on the website: www.davesgarden.com
Just go to the website; and somewhere on that page, there is a link that tells all the zones. Click on that link; and it will pull up a small map of the United States. Point to your state and it will make your state 'stand up'. CLICK on your state or whatever state that you want to know about, and it will bring it up, along with the key for the color codes). Enjoy your auction. =D

Growing zone, Hardy enough for harsh winters in Wisconsin? We have many days of -30 degrees this past winter.

I really doubt it---don't know the growing zone--but you can probably find it on a Google Search. We are in Texas---and I have been to Wisc. I would not THINK it would survive those harsh winters--unless you have a porch you could winter it over in!! But you are sure welcomed to check it out!!! Good luck---so glad to have you!!!

Hi Sandy, I live in South Texas and I don't believe I have ever seen this. Does it have sticky leaves? If so then I have seen it..LOL Watching and will be bidding..already a fan!

Hey girl--great to have you!! We live in North Central Texas---and this is the very first time I have ever seen it HERE at least. NOOOO--leaves are NOT sticky--but they are wrinkled, rippled, textured?? They are NOT smooth anyway. I got another one yesterday, as a matter of fact--before they are all gone. They only had 4 left---that place has sold a bunch of them around here. I want to try to put them BOTH in a hanging basket---I just know they would be GORGEOUS that way!! Gonna try it anyway!! I am already a fan of yours as well!! Thanks girl---and GOOD LUCK!!
