Just under 7 inches. Hope this helps. They really are in perfect shape, and pretty fun from what I have seen from "Arizona" on Greys Anatomy wearing them! I wish I worked in a place that I could have a pair... i would be ALL OVER THEM! Lol. ( don't tell my boys though).

Would these fit someone(a young girl size 7 in women's) who wasn a kid what would be the size for a grown young adult

They would not work for any womans sizes. Only girls sizes up to a size 13.
