"Last Day" wouldn't make it a "Postal Error". "Last Day" usually means the last day it was for sale by the postal administration, but doesn't make it an error. Sooooo, it is not clear what makes it an error. Is there anything else with it that may help define it?

two of the stamps issued had nothing to do with the tracking station. Other than that, I have no idea.
