Phone only - in box, Powers on, Bottom left screen is cracked - and you need to wiggle the charger to get it in the port. You can take this phone to an repair shop and get the screen fixed cheaply - If they try to charge you over $50.00 complain! I know I have fixed many Iphone screens & LCD displays.. You can do it on your own for $15 and they have plenty of you tube videos showing you how to step by step, Amazon.com sells the parts.. This would be great starter phone for a tween... or Ipod for a child.. To teach them value.. I have seen to many of my friends buy their young kids new iphones to have them broken in months..

The screen is cracked, needs to be repaired.. Once it's fixed, yes & if it has a valid sim.. Hope this answer helped.. :)

I'm pretty sure you can use any type of sim card.. but its my old phone & I was an
at & t user.. I'm sure you can google the answer..

+++NOTE+++People of Listia, please keep in mind this is a used, damaged phone as clearly stated and shown in pictures.. It's a first generation Iphone, the first style ever made.. I have been through every Iphone 1, 3g, 3gs now 4g.. I just happen to find the phone cleaning out a closet.. Its being auctioned - AS IS - I would hate to deal with issues if the winner receives it thinking they are getting a gently used phone.. Its damaged.. This is something I would fix and give to my 4 year old niece to use as an ipod and load a ton of apps and not worried about it getting ruined, or to my 9 year old niece for a first pre paid phone to teach how to take care of things, and the responsibility/privilege of having a phone..
