Hey. Having someones auction list a few more days, gives the bidders time to gain credits, weither thru surveys or waiting on there credits to be released from a different auction the won or sold.
When someone asks u to lower the days of the auction, they pretty much don't want to wait out the entire duration of the auction and want to win it as soon as possible! The disadvantage to this option is the lower the amount of days of a auction is. The less people' who will see it and bid. IE- more people will see your auction if its listed for say 7 days. And less people will see it if its only listed for the minimum of 3 days.
