This item is used. It may have been worn a time or two. Because it is costume jewelry the band does show a bit of tarnishing. The face is in really good condition. It is not in the wrapper as the new one in the picture shows. I just didn't want to take another picture. Beautiful and eye catching piece. Will complement an array of outfits. New and unopened package. I love mine and everyone who's won this auction also loved it. I think you will too. Very nice costume jewelry.
