I know this is dumb question lol. . But does white gold filed mean it's real white gold or there's something else under it? Sorry Im clueless in that area

No that is not a dumb question. Alot of people selling their own stuff on here don't know what they have. Gold filled is an actual layer of gold, be it yellow or white, pressure bonded to another metal. Not to be confused with gold plating as filled literally has 100% more gold than gold plating and it is much more available and tarnish resistant. I hope that helps. Thanks for asking
