Hey stranger,
I went through 3 cans of Rustolium spray paint before putting them back together.
They are in pretty good shape. I had to get different screws when I put the seats together. Yes, they are padded and no they are not peeling

Okay great!!! Pic 2 and 3 look like the sides were peeling or scratched a little.

They have been on our front porch all this time. I used windex on the to take the pics. I tried to keep the glare off the pics.

I am a Broncos fan. I got the set from someone who really needed the money.
I painted it and put them back together and noe it just sits there.
