I know nothing about this card, got it from a promo thing at a magic tourney or as promo piece from a magazine, but being a long time collector of all things valuable i knew not to throw anything away with Clark's mug on it! seems to be in nm-mint condition, will give free shipping, mailed sleeved with support in an envelope, not responsible for lost or damaged items in the mail. Here is what the card says if the pic is too grainy for ya:
