Kitty...It 'was' up for 'free shipping' for a Listia Goal...when it ran the full auction days i changed the bottom posting but forgot to remove the 'free shipping' photo. Sorry for the confusion.

Got it! It was originally free, but now you will charge the $1.50 shipping. And you only accept PO MO for payment, not PayPal. I'm watching the teen's beautiful purple bracelet - would love it for my granddaughter. Thanks.
