The listing, Vintage 2 Pictures of Ladies in Frames has ended.

These are very vintage photos, probably mid 1800's. They are in frames. The frames measure 5x7

One says on the back Mary McDonald - early 1800's Inverness Scotland Mother Mary McDonald Gillis

The other says Mary McDonald Gillis (circa 1850) Inverness Scotland, Daughter Mary McDonald, etc.

Obviously someone's family pictures.

These are a find! I rescued photos when I can and reunite them. I've had some success. I'm a genealogist so I understand the importance of such a find! I wish I was able to bid on these! Gd luck on them!

You never know true sad if that's the case. A couple years ago I saw family fighting (bidding) against each other for family estate stuff that belonged to their family. It was sad. Prices were ridiculous but they were trying to out bid each other. They might even know who they are too . I love these and other old photos even the ones without names or info. They were one apart of someone's lives. I live for that kind of history :)
