This retails for $20 in stores, so whoever bids on it is getting a great deal.
You can basically get supplies for this anywhere since all you need is ice cubes and flavor syrups and Walmart carries sno cone syrups. You can also look up on Pinterest how to make your own snow cone syrup with Kool Aid, so you don't really need anything but the waxed paper cones.

The blue piece sitting on the base is the piece that holds up the paper cone. Looks like this isn't missing anything but the instructions and some ice cubes and syrup.
