Yes, I am Egyptian, when i was in a mission to Sudan about 22 years ago , the charity organization members gave me clutch and matching flat shoe (made by hand from real skin) .. I have so many things i just keep them in the drawer because it is a good memory .. I travelled a lot and sometimes i buy things and forget if it is real stones or no :), just love them

yes .. it was realy good to live and feel like many unfortunates there, so you appreciate any little thing you get .. we are blessed to live in a country like USA .. Egypt is beautiful very rich in culture and natural esources, people there are so kind to strangers and very helpful .. sometimes the media put a completly different picture .. Just do not visit there in JULY and AUGUST .. very hot and you have to be in water or in-doors :)
