Wood, feathers, and leather i know for sure...the rest I'm not quite sure

The middle of the circle appears to be a large sand dollar tethered to the circle with leather string. In middle of the sand dollar, is a wigwam made of lacquer. The rest appears to be horse hair. That would be cut off the length of a horse's tail. Native Americans would never cause injury to an animal to make these. Near the ends of the horse hair, is a wooden bead on each strand. Native Americans are offended seriously, if you buy one of these "Made in China." Good luck with your auction.
