It probably would...the tabs at the waist have two buttons, so you can loosen by using the different buttons. It is a really nice shirt dress. It is between an off white and a light beige. I think it would look good with a wide belt at the waist that will cover the tabs and buttons. Good luck and thank you for considering my auction!
