Timware, yes. The plans for metro start at $40 per month. All have unlimited talk and text. The highest plan they have is $58. Not too bad! :)

Hey there yes you can connect it to wifi generally that's what I did when I was using it and I had tested it out for the wifi compatibility the same day I bought it. :)

I believe it's 4"? To be totally honest I had to look it up online because as I had mentioned I had used the phone for only a very short period of time. The phone is completely deactivated from any linked account but there is a usable SIM card inside. Sorry I don't have more specifics
