Thisnis a working Silk'n SensEpil hair removal system. It comes with an instructional DVD and four new cartridges. There is a cartridge already on the machine, but i have no idea how many flashes are left on it. The SensEpil machine currently sells for $199.00 and the cartridges for $41 so that makes this worth over $350.00!
Please do your homework before you bid! I didn't which is why my pain is your gain. This machine did not make my leg hair go away, it only slowed the growth. It is best used on medium to light skin tones. It is not very effective on naturally light hair such as blond, gray, white, or unfortunately for me red. There is a small sting when you use it from the light, but nothing I found too bad. It can have a bit of eye popping omgwhattheheckwasthat!?!?!?! If the flash is in an area with a dark skin tone such as a mole, dark birthmark, or similar. So, please do your homework before you bid! No buyers remorse! Check it out at Silkn.com/sensepil

They are good for about 750 flashes per cartridge. How long that lasts depends on how many areas you treat.

It can be used on the face with caution. I used it for the chin. I would not use it near the eyes. Please check out the website for more info.

How do you get the refills for it as it doesn't allow you to purchase them on the site when you click on refill cartridges?

There are many ways to buy the cartridges. On the web page you may purchase them by using the orange menu bar at the top. Click refills then lamp cartridges. I believe Amazon and other places carry them as well at a discount.

No, the light is directed towards the skin. If used properly no protective eye wear is needed.
