I am not offering you this book. I took my sister's favorite recipes out of it, copied them, and will send them to you. These reipes are marked with calories and fat grams per serving. They are all nutritional, fat burning recipes, but they are also good to eat. You don't have to just eat fruits and vegetables. You can have everything from milk shakes to macaroni, but the recipes include salads, soups, casseroles, meats, deserts and drinks too. I watched my sister get smaller in time from using this book and I often got to try her favorites which were delicious. I am including 48 recipes.
