I just found knitting videos on youtube and was learning new things...I'll have to check for new things for crocheting...Especially different ways t make roses. I';ve faked it and lucked out!

Good for you, I am self taught too .. now some people are asking me for patterns .. i do not know how to write patterns . my English is second langauge and i feel better working by my hand not typing on pc LOL

I think you should just keep making things rather than give away your patterns....If they are any good at crocheting or knitting, it's not that hard to copy without a pattern!
